Solve puzzles and explore the city
You’ll make your way through the city at your own pace, solving creative puzzles and taking breaks whenever you like. Plan for at least 2.5 hours to complete the tour. And if you ever get stuck, helpful hints on the game platform will get you back on track.

All games in Berlin start and end near the Friedrichstadt-Palast. Depending on which game you play, you will pass various puzzle highlights and sights.

In Potsdam, the various games always start and end at the Tourist Information Office at Am Alten Markt, Humboldtstraße 1-2, 14467 Potsdam. This is very close to Potsdam's main train station.

City Codes is ideal for large and small groups. Up to 120 people can participate. The game is played in small teams of up to 6 people so that everyone can actively participate in solving the puzzles and have fun together. The groups are on the move at the same time, and the game is designed so that they do not get in each other's way.
Is there a time limit for the scavenger hunt?
No, there is no strict time limit! The 2.5 hours indicated is merely a guideline for the average playing time. If you haven't finished after this time, you can continue playing at your leisure until you have solved all the puzzles. The game is designed to be flexible in terms of time, and you can set your own pace.
