How do you book for more than 6 people?
For the ideal combination of fun and team building, we recommend a maximum of 6 people per group.
Of course, you can also play City Codes if there are more than 6 of you. You can choose between different options.
Option 1: 7-12 people
Simply book different games at the same time – all games in a city start and end at the same point. This way, you can play different adventures at the same time and then have plenty to talk about when you share your experiences with each other.
Option 2: 7-24 people
In addition to option 1, you can also play the same game in stages. For example, the first group of up to 6 people starts at 10 a.m., and the second group follows at 10:15 a.m. This allows you to compete in several groups and experience the same adventure.
Option 3: 25 or more people
If options 1 and 2 are not suitable for you, we will be happy to help you with your planning. Simply contact us by phone, email, or via our inquiry form—we will be happy to help you.Do you play with strangers?
No. The booked time is reserved exclusively for you and will not be filled with other players.
What happens when it rains?
True to the motto “There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing,” City Codes can also be played in the rain. The game is flexible in terms of time, and if you are caught in a rain shower in the middle of the game, you can of course wait it out and then continue playing.
Can you reschedule the event date?
If you would like to change the date or time, you can contact us by email or phone on weekdays at least 72 hours in advance. We will then check whether a change is possible and suggest alternatives if necessary. However, there is no entitlement to a change.

How can you increase the number of players after booking?
One more person? No problem. Just make sure that there are no more than 6 people per group. Please contact us by email with your booking number and the number of additional people.

For changes made more than 72 hours before the start of the game, we may be able to refund the amount. For changes made less than 72 hours before the start of the game, we will issue you with a voucher for City Codes.Is there a time limit of 2.5h to the game?
No, there is no strict time limit! The indicated 2.5 hours are simply a guideline for the average playing time. If you are not finished by then, you can continue at your own pace until you have solved all the puzzles. The game is designed to be flexible, so you set your own tempo.
